Year 1 had a theme of Knights this week at Forest School. The children crafted knight’s masks using mud from our surroundings to give the paper plates a rusted look. They also enjoyed making shields to help them in battle. The children revisited skills from last week, including the timber hitch, to create a castle out of tarpaulin and rope which helped shelter us from the rain!
