Introducing MCAS – MyChildAtSchool

We are pleased to introduce MCAS (MyChildAtSchool), our online parent communication and information system.

MCAS provides parents and carers with a convenient and secure way to access important information about their child’s education and school life, all in one place.

It will also be our main online payment system, making it easier for parents and carers to pay for school items and activities.

What are the benefits to parents and pupils?

Through MCAS, parents and carers can:

  • Make online payments – pay for school dinners, school trips, visits, activities and other school-related items.

  • View payment information – check balances, view payment history and see outstanding payments.

  • View attendance information – check your child’s attendance and punctuality.

  • Receive school communications – access important messages, notices and updates from school.

  • View reports – access your child’s school reports and progress information.

  • Check personal details – check and request changes to contact information and other personal details.

How do I access MCAS?

MCAS can be accessed by downloading the MyChildAtSchool app to your smartphone or tablet.

Parents and carers will receive an invitation from school with instructions on how to register and set up their account.

Once registered, you can log in securely using your personal account details.

Getting started

If you have not yet registered for MCAS, please look out for an invitation from school.

If you experience any difficulties accessing your account, making payments or using the system, please contact the school office, who will be happy to help.
