PFA
Our Parent & Friends Association (PFA)
At our school, we are incredibly fortunate to have an enthusiastic and supportive Parent & Friends Association (PFA) who work tirelessly to make a real difference to the experiences of all our children.
What is the PFA?
Our PFA is a group of parents, carers, staff and friends of the school who work together to organise events, bring our school community together and raise valuable funds for the school.
The PFA plays an important part in school life. From organising family events and fundraising activities to supporting special projects, their work helps us provide opportunities and resources for our children that go above and beyond what the school budget alone can provide.
Making a Difference
Thanks to the generosity of our families and the hard work of the PFA, an incredible £3,000 was raised during the 2025–2026 school year.
This funding is being used to support improvements to our outdoor facilities, helping us to continue developing exciting spaces where children can play, explore, socialise and learn.
For 2026–2027, the PFA will be turning its attention to another exciting project – helping us to revamp our school library. We want to create an inspiring, welcoming and engaging space that encourages every child to develop a lifelong love of reading, and we can’t wait to see the project develop.
More Than Fundraising
While fundraising is an important part of the PFA’s work, it is about much more than raising money. PFA events provide opportunities for our families to come together, have fun and feel part of our wider school community.
Throughout the year, the PFA supports and organises a variety of activities and events for our children and families. Every event, donation and offer of help contributes towards making our school an even better place for our children.
Get Involved!
Our PFA is always delighted to welcome new members and volunteers. There is no expectation that you have to attend every meeting or help at every event. Whether you can give a little time, share an idea, help at one event or become more regularly involved, every contribution is valued.
Getting involved is also a great way to meet other parents and carers, become more involved in school life and help shape future events and fundraising projects.
If you would like to find out more about the PFA or would be interested in getting involved, please contact the school office. We would love to hear from you!
Thank You
A huge thank you to everyone who supports our PFA – whether by organising events, volunteering, donating, attending activities or simply spreading the word.
Together, our PFA, families, staff and wider community make an enormous contribution to school life and, most importantly, help us provide even more wonderful opportunities for our children.
