2021 Forest School Year 4 Week 2

Week 2 With it being Remembrance Day, the children have had a Forest School session themed around this topic. The children have been creating their own poppies using natural materials such as leaves and painting them. The children have also been using clay to create and paint poppies.  

Forest School Week 6 Autumn Term 2020

Week 6 The children have really enjoyed this week because they were given the chance to clean out the pond. They pulled out the leaves with fishing nets and found two frogs! The frogs were clearly camouflaged with the leaves.

Forest School Week 5 Autumn Term 2020

Week 5 The children have loved today despite the rain. The children have been learning how to sheer lash using sticks and string. The children have enjoyed making Lowry artwork from charcoal and they have enjoyed creating Christmas wreaths from natural materials.

Forest School Week 4 Autumn Term 2020

Week 4 Miss Alexander made a fire this week and the children prepared dough in the morning ready to make tortillas. The children loved eating these!
